All items purchased from this website are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and posted via Royal Mail from Peterborough UK, first class, unless otherwise stated. Postal insurance is not offered as standard, but can be arranged. Items are posted within 3-5 working days from cleared payment being received for most items. Items that are bespoke or require adjustment will have longer league times.
Please be advised postage turn-around can take longer during very busy periods, such as Christmas and the wedding season, although it is always endeavoured that your item will arrive within the guidelines. If there is a long delay for any unforeseen reason, an email will be issued to alert the customer of this if possible. Postal dispatch times vary in accordance to your location. Currently a flat rate of £3.00 (UK) or £9.00 (International) will be automatically added to your basket when you process at checkout with no additional charges for additional purchases.
Please note that in compliance with UK and European law, earrings cannot be returned or refunded as they pierce through the skin. Bespoke items are also non-returnable.

Please note we do not issue a refund until the item has been returned in original packaging and undamaged. Bangles are non-returnable as they fall under custom order regulations.
