All items purchased from this website are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and posted via Royal Mail from Stamford UK, first class, unless otherwise stated. Special Delivery (UK) and Parcelforce upgrades can be purchased in addition at the buyer’s request.
Postal insurance is not offered as standard, but can be arranged. Items are usually posted within 2-5 working days from cleared payment being received.
Items that are bespoke or require adjustment will have longer lead times.
Delivery can take longer during very busy periods, such as Christmas and the wedding season, although it is always endeavoured that your item will arrive within the guidelines.
Postal dispatch times vary in accordance to your location. Currently a flat rate of £4.00 (UK) or £12.00 (International) will be automatically added to your basket when you process at checkout with no additional charges for additional purchases.
UK purchases over £75 receive complimentary shipping.
Please note that in compliance with UK and European law, earrings cannot be returned or refunded as they pierce through the skin. Bespoke items are also non-returnable.
